Legal
How 21 CBI operates, in three documents.
Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Service. Plain English first, then the binding text. The three of them are also short enough to read in one sitting.
Most firms hide their legal pages in a footer link, write them in language no one reads, and structure them so the binding waivers are easy to miss. We took the opposite approach.
Each document opens with a brand-voice preamble, summarizes itself in a “Plainly stated” panel, and then sets out the binding text in numbered, anchored sections. The summary is honest; if a line ever conflicts with the binding text, the binding text wins. You should still read the binding text.
At a glance
The posture across all three policies.
- 01
We do not sell your data. No advertising trackers. No retargeting pixels. No session recording. Compartmentalized case handling is the engineering posture; minimum data is the policy posture.
- 02
Encryption is the default, not the upgrade. Sensitive communications travel over PGP and Signal. TLS 1.2+ on all web traffic. Encryption at rest at the storage layer. Hardware-key second factor for administrative access.
- 03
The fee is flat. 5% advisory fee on the applicable government fee; flat $4,000 on residency pathways with no government contribution. No retainer, no markup on government costs.
- 04
BTC, Lightning, and USDT are our payment rails. Credit cards and bank transfers also accepted as needed. USDC is not a payment option anywhere in the Bitcitizen ecosystem.
- 05
Disputes go to arbitration in Wyoming. Class actions and jury trials are waived in the Terms (Section 14). The waivers are real, they are conspicuous, and they apply on engagement.

How they fit together
Document hierarchy, in plain order.
The three documents above govern your use of the 21 CBI website and Services. They sit alongside the parent-brand documents that govern the Bitcitizen ecosystem as a whole.
- 21 CBI documents (these three) control for matters specific to 21 CBI and its Services. The Terms of Service set the engagement terms; the Privacy Policy sets the data terms; the Cookie Policy sets the browser-state terms.
- Bitcitizen LLC documents apply where the 21 CBI documents do not specifically address a matter. The Bitcitizen Terms of Service, Bitcitizen Privacy Policy, and Bitcitizen Legal Disclaimer sit at the ecosystem level.
- A signed engagement letter (where one exists) controls for matters specific to that engagement. Engagement letters reference but do not supersede the binding text on this site.
In a conflict, the more specific document controls for the matter it addresses; the more general document fills the gaps.
Where to write
One advisor. One address.
- Data-rights requests: [email protected] with the subject line “Data Rights Request.”
- Legal notice / disputes: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, or [email protected] (informal-resolution channel per Terms §14.1).
- Encrypted channel: request the current PGP public key by replying to any signed message we have sent, or open a Signal conversation; we share the public key in-channel.
- General contact: [email protected].
Begin Your Sovereignty.
The legal documents are how we operate. The engagement is where we start.
