El Salvador
The official Adopting El Salvador portal confirms the Freedom Passport terms. Legislative Assembly records confirm Decree No. 918 and the underlying Special Migration and Immigration Law enacted as Decree No. 286; the latter is a base migration law, not described here as a program-specific decree. The Constitution and migration authority govern nationality, passport, and CA-4 claims.
